On Thursday, November 30th, 2023, the unmissable gala Bow Tie Affair by PROCURE is back in person! This year, we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of PROCURE and the 10th edition of the Bowvember campaign with a bang, under the glamorous theme of the Oscars. Get ready for a memorable evening!

Each ticket includes:
- One (1) entry for the Bow Tie Affair event
- One (1) Bowvember 2023 bow tie and matching pocket square
All tickets for the 2023 Bow Tie Affair will be sent automatically by email. It is therefore important to ensure that the email address provided during the transaction is valid and accessible.
An official donation receipt for tax purposes in the amount of $100 is automatically issued for each ticket sold and will be emailed to you once your purchase has been confirmed.

Dress code: Formal (black-tie and gown). Wearing the PROCURE bow tie is a must for everyone.

All profits from the Bow Tie Affair 2023 charity evening are donated to PROCURE.
This fundraising activity allows our organization to offer free support services to men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones, in addition to funding research on the disease in order to improve the patients’ quality of life.

The Bow Tie Affair event will take place on November 30th, 2023, at Entrepôts Dominion (3970 Rue Saint-Ambroise, Montréal, QC H4C 2C7).
Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are on sale only online, via a purchase form on the PROCURE organization’s website and on its Shopify store.
Electronic tickets (with QR code) will be sent exclusively by email the week of November 20th, 2023. Make sure you have a valid email address and enter it correctly during your transaction.
Payment for the $300 ticket must be paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase.
Tickets can be purchased until November 29th, 2023 at 12 a.m. (EST).
No ticket purchase can be cancelled or refunded. However, it is possible to transfer your ticket to another person if necessary.

Funds raised are used to provide information and support services for men and their loved ones affected by prostate cancer, as well as to fund prostate cancer research.

If you have not received the email with your ticket 24 hours after your transaction, please contact us at info@procure.ca or by phone at 514 341-3000.
No, it is not required.
To access the event, 2 options are available to you :
- Show your e-tickets on a smart phone (saved PDF or on your Apple Wallet).
- Print the PDF document containing your tickets.
In any case, it is the QR code appearing on your ticket that will be scanned at the entrance to the event to validate your ticket.
Don’t worry, your ticket is not lost! All ticket transactions and orders are recorded in our system.
If you deleted the email containing your e-tickets, please contact us at info@procure.ca and we will resend your tickets.
The 2023 edition bow tie and pocket square included with purchasing a ticket for the Bow Tie Affair is shipped within 3 to 5 business days following the purchase. Delivery is made by Canada Post without a tracking number.
For any ticket purchases made on or after November 23, please keep in mind that you may not receive your bow tie in time for the November 30 event.
