During this festive and refined event, untying the bow tie means dancing more freely, breathing more deeply, and breaking down barriers. Every detail has been carefully planned to offer you an unforgettable evening.

Tickets will be automatically sent by email once your order is confirmed. Please ensure that the email address provided during the transaction is valid and accessible.
An official tax-deductible donation receipt of $100 will be automatically issued for each ticket purchased and sent to you by email once your order is confirmed.

The Bow Tie Affair PROCURE 2026 is a charitable event benefiting PROCURE, the only nonprofit organization in Quebec dedicated to the fight against prostate cancer.
100% of the profits from ticket sales for this event are reinvested in the cause.
These funds allow PROCURE to offer, free of charge, essential information and support services to men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones, all year long.
The donations collected also fund cutting-edge prostate cancer research projects in Quebec and across Canada, giving patients hope and improving their overall quality of life throughout their journey.

How much is donated to PROCURE for each ticket sold?
All profits from this fundraising activity are 100% donated to the PROCURE organization.
Funds raised are used to provide free support services for men with prostate cancer and their loved ones, as well as to fund research.
Can I get a tax receipt for my ticket purchase?
An official donation receipt for tax purposes of $100 is automatically issued for each ticket purchased and will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
When will the event take place?
The Bow Tie Affair PROCURE 2026 will take place on November 26, 2026, at Le Bungalow, 1751, rue Richardson, suite 1041, Montréal, H3K 1G6. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Who can attend the event?
People aged 18 and over who have purchased a ticket.
How many tickets are available?
A maximum of 500 tickets are available.
How can I buy a ticket?
Tickets are only on sale online on this web page as well as on its Shopify store.
Electronic tickets (with QR code) will be sent automatically by email. Make sure you have a valid email address and enter it correctly during your transaction.
Payment for the $350 ticket must be paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase.
No ticket purchase can be canceled or refunded. However, it is possible to transfer your ticket to another person if necessary.
Can I buy multiple tickets
Yes. There are no limit of tickets per person.
How will I receive my tickets
Official electronic tickets (with QR code) to access the event are sent automatically by email.

Make sure the email address used during purchase is valid and accessible.
You can download your tickets in PDF format, print them or add them to your Apple Wallet. The QR code on your tickets will be scanned upon entry to the event. Please keep the email containing your tickets.
All tickets are sent electronically. No tickets will be physically printed or mailed by PROCURE.
I bought a ticket online and I haven't received it after 24 hours, what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first.
If you have not received an email containing your tickets 24 hours following your transaction, please contact us at info@procure.ca or by phone at 514 341-3000.
I lost my ticket, what should I do?
Don’t worry, your ticket is not lost! All transactions and ticket orders are recorded in our system.
If you have deleted the email containing your e-tickets, please contact us at info@procure.ca and we will resend your tickets.
Do I need to print my ticket
No, this is not required. To access the event, 2 options are available to you:
- Present your electronic ticket on a smartphone (downloaded PDF document or Apple Wallet).
- Print the PDF document containing your tickets.
In all cases, it is the QR code appearing on your ticket which will be scanned at the entrance to the event to validate your ticket.
How will I receive my bow tie?
The 2025 edition bow tie and pocket square included with the purchase of an entry ticket for the Bow Tie Affair will be shipped by mail for all orders placed until November 21.
For any ticket purchase made after November 21, please note that you will need to collect your bow tie directly at the event upon arrival.
When purchasing multiple tickets, the bow ties associated with the purchase will all be sent to the shipping address provided when ordering.
In the case of a ticket transfer to another person, only the event ticket will be transferred by email. The bow tie will be sent to the shipping address indicated in the original order. If applicable, it is the buyer’s responsibility to give the bow tie included in the purchase to the person to whom the entry ticket is transferred.
