From May 8 to June 8, 2025, let's walk to fight against prostate cancer!
Join the 19th edition of The Walk of Courage PROCURE to support men with prostate cancer. Whether to pay tribute to a loved one or as a sign of solidarity for all Quebecers diagnosed, register today, collect donations and walk for the cause, wherever you are!
Through your involvement, you allow PROCURE to maintain and better its offer of free services for patients and their families and to finance innovative research projects on the disease.
EVERYWHERE IN QUEBEC
From Sherbrooke to Trois-Rivières, in the Laurentians and Saguenay, no matter where you are in the province, gather your loved ones, and we will all walk in unison to pay tribute to the men around us who have been, are or will be affected by the disease. Set the walking goal of your choice for the month, whether you participate alone or as a team.
AT MOUNT ROYAL PARK IN MONTREAL
On Sunday, June 8, join us at Mount Royal Park for a unifying walk in tribute to the men in our lives. A day filled with activities for the whole family, in a friendly and engaging atmosphere: an interactive walk, a lively village, activities for young and old—a festive family event not to be missed!
Every day, 18 Quebecers learn that they have prostate cancer.
Between May 8 and June 8, there are 540 men whose lives will be turned upside down by this frightening diagnosis. We invite you to walk up to 540 symbolic minutes during the month to show your support and solidarity with those affected by the disease.
This flexible formula allows you to personalize your goal according to your preferences and physical abilities. To achieve 540 minutes of walking in 30 days, this can for example translate into:
- Walk 18 minutes per day
- Cumulative walk of 2h15 per week
- 1h walk for a team of 9 persons
- Any other personal objective
Every minute of walking and every step counts! The important thing is to move at your own pace, no matter how many miles or total time you manage to accomplish.
