FAQ
How much is donated to PROCURE for each ticket sold?
All profits from this fundraising activity are 100% donated to the PROCURE organization.
Funds raised are used to provide free support services for men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones, as well as to fund prostate cancer research.
Can I get a tax receipt for my ticket purchase?
No, the purchase of one or more tickets is not eligible for an official donation receipt for tax purposes.
Who can enter the draw?
Participation in the draw is reserved for any natural person residing in Quebec and aged 18 and over.
People not eligible for the draw:
- People under the age of 18;
- People residing outside the province of Quebec;
- Employees of the PROCURE organization and members of the board of directors, as well as people residing at the same legal address as them.
When will the draw take place?
The draw will take place on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 2 p.m. (EST) in front of a minimum of three witnesses.
The holder of the first ticket drawn will be declared the winner of the GRAND PRIZE. The holder of the second ticket drawn will be declared the winner of the SECOND PRIZE.
The winner will be contacted by telephone or email by the PROCURE organization within 2 days following the draw.
How can I buy a ticket?
Lottery tickets are only on sale online, via a purchase form on the PROCURE organization’s website as well as on its Shopify store.
Your ticket numbers will be sent to you automatically by email. Make sure you have a valid email address and enter it correctly during your transaction.
Payment for the $100 draw ticket must be paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase.
Tickets can be purchased until April 24, 2024, at noon EST.
No ticket purchase can be cancelled or refunded and does not entitle you to any tax receipt.
Can I buy multiple tickets?
Yes. No limit of tickets per person.
How many tickets are available?
A maximum of 10,000 raffle tickets are available.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your ticket numbers purchased online will be sent to you automatically by email once your transaction is complete. Only the ticket number(s) will appear in the order confirmation email sent to you. No tickets will be attached in PDF or image format. No physical tickets will be printed or mailed.
It is important to ensure that the email address used during purchase is valid and accessible.
Please keep your confirmation email containing your ticket numbers.
I bought a ticket online and I haven't received it after 24 hours, what should I do?
Please check your spam box.
If you have not received an email containing your ticket numbers 24 hours following your transaction, please contact us at info@procure.ca or by phone at 514 341-3000.
Can I give a ticket as a gift?
It is possible to offer a draw ticket as a gift to any person aged 18 and over, resident of Quebec. For them to be eligible, you will need to enter their name, street address and contact details on the ticket purchase form.
I lost my ticket number, what should I do?
We identify the winner using their name and contact details, entered on the electronic form duly completed at the time of purchase. You do not need to print your ticket.
All tickets purchased on or before April 24, 2024 at noon EST are automatically added to the draw.
PROCURE will not be held responsible for any loss of tickets.
Is the prize transferable or redeemable for cash?
The Prize has no cash value and is non-exchangeable. The winner can transfer the Prize to any individual aged 18 or older.
